LEADERSHIP

Jeff has nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry.  After earning his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Architecture from The Catholic University of America, he began his career working for a large national architecture firm in Washington, DC. After moving to Pittsburgh, he transitioned to the construction industry working for a large well respected general contracting company, while simultaneously earning a Master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He draws upon his education and training in architecture, engineering, and construction to ensure that every aspect of a project is analyzed and executed with precision.  He is adept at communicating with professionals and tradespeople making coordination of roles and responsibilities seamless.  

Jeff believes that a thorough understanding of the business, respect for the roles of the professionals involved, and regular communication can prevent costly and time-consuming mistakes. Jeff has managed over $50 million in construction and over $350 million in preconstruction in a wide range of industries throughout his career. His careful attention to detail, cost control procedures, and ability to anticipate and prepare for the unforeseen allow Citadel to meet its clients' goals and objectives.
